Delivery
All orders are packaged with care by our girls in-store as possible within our opening hours of 9:30am - 5pm.
You will receive a confirmation email of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Click & Collect orders ~ you will receive an additional confirmation email once you order is ready to collect!
Shipped Orders ~ We will attempt to send your goods via AUSTRALIA POST within 1-3 business days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Standard post delivery timeframes for Australia Post is 2-6 business days.
We want to keep shipping costs down for you as much as possible so we offer a flat rate of $10 for all orders under $150. Spend over $150 and shipping is on us!
Larger items may incur additional shipping costs. When this is the case we will contact you with a revised shipping quote ASAP.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES: if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days we offer a refund, exchange or credit note if your order complies with the refund policy.
SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

FOR INSTORE PURCHASES: Please return your item in store within two weeks of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or credit note. Your goods must comply with the refund policy.

Refund Policy:
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
ESPIAL INTERIORS & GIFTS will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
